PUBLIC OFFER

for legal advice

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and determines the terms of providing legal advice by an individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor).

Any appointment for a consultation, payment for services or actual receipt of advice means full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of this offer by the Customer.


2. Professional qualifications of the Contractor

The Contractor has a higher legal education:
• Specialist diploma
• Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy of Ukraine
• Specialty: Jurisprudence
• Date of issue of the diploma: February 9, 2008

The Contractor carries out permanent legal practice and has significant practical experience in the field of consulting, judicial practice, corporate and civil law.


3. Legal status of the Contractor

Legal services are provided by an individual entrepreneur (FOP) in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Activities are carried out in accordance with the KVEDs, in particular:
• 69.10 — Activities in the field of law
• 70.22 — Consulting on commercial activities and management
• 62.01 — Computer programming (within the framework of IT consulting)
• 63.11 — Data processing and posting of information on web resources


4. Nature of legal advice

4.1. Legal advice is of an informational and legal nature and is provided on the basis of information provided by the Customer.

4.2. The Contractor is not responsible for the consequences of using the advice in the event of:
• provision of incomplete or inaccurate information by the Customer;
• independent interpretation of the advice without additional verification;
• changes in legislation after the consultation.


5. Rules of conduct during the consultation

In order to ensure professional and effective work, the following mandatory rules are established:

5.1. The consultation is conducted exclusively in a correct, businesslike and mutually respectful manner.

5.2. The following is strictly prohibited:
• rudeness;
• insults;
• aggressive behavior;
• threats;
• foul language;
• pressure on the Contractor or attempts at manipulation.


6. Termination of the consultation and refund

6.1. In the event of a violation by the Customer of the rules specified in section 5, the Contractor has the right to immediately terminate the consultation without warning.

6.2. In such a case:
• the consultation is considered to have been provided properly;
• the funds paid are not refunded, regardless of the duration of the consultation;
• The Contractor has the right to refuse further service to the Customer without giving any reasons.


7. Final provisions

7.1. The Contractor reserves the right to change the terms of this offer without prior notice.

7.2. The current version of the offer is always available on the Contractor's website.

7.3. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
